The EBSCO research relating to social networking gave me a whole other realm of information not completely related to the website research done the previous day. The website dealt with artists reaching for employment and recognition while the article that was found on the EBSCO database dealt with 5 ways to find talent for your company by social networking. The article on Forbes Magazine is giving tools and tricks to employers in finding competent employees. The two sources have to deal with networking but on two different levels.
